I just bought the $50 Forza Car Pass expecting to get about 60 cars… I got 3 gifts in my messages… I got the 33 Stradale Alfa Romeo, LaFerrari, and the Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage… Which is great and all but my questions are, is this a glitch? When will I receive the other gifts in my messages? Should I be worried about not getting the rest of the cars? (Also the reason why I think this might be glitched is because I got a couple cars from the message gifts but not the rest of them…)

The gift cars you received are exceptions to the rule: DLC is a content add-on and is treated like basic game installation, which requires you to use credits or tokens to add the car models to your garage. The remaining cars will be accessible from the Buy and Rent car rosters when the monthly packs are released. See this overview of the Car Pass inclusions:
