You have to give T10 $10 if you want the privilege of freeing up that garage space.

After the content update and the new car pack, did you do a full, hard reset of your console? If not, please see this information for the proper way to do so:
You won’t be able to remove it without owning the All Stars car pack, which as TransAm stated, is $10 on the Microsoft Store.
Of course, if you download the pack you would be able to use the car.
