You will need to rerun “Buggy and the Beast” showcase and win then you will be given the monster truck event at the end which will allow you to get the accolades (Distinctions) completed, you do not have to do them in one go you can just just repeat buggy and the beast until you unlock them all. Dont forget that the seasonal showcase remix is the buggy and the beast so a perfect opportunity to complete that as well. Hope this is clear enough for you

No no matter how much I look I can not find the buggy and the beast event to rerun it to unlock the accolade. I have just spent 20 minutes looking and searching the entire map to no avail.
Iirc it’s on the top of the mountain. You can filter the map to showcases.
