I did not. Have restarted console a couple of times since and still locked

I have the same problem I hope it gets resolved I was so excited to unlock my ae 86 I guess I’m gonna grind the delivery

I’m having the same issue. I completed the photograph challenge by taking a picture of the sky lanterns during a event lab challenge in the autumn season and got credit for it and completed the photography section off discover Japan but not the 500pt master explorer challenge.
I’m seeing people on reddit and discord advising to vote and comment on the bug report on the Forza Horizon 6 bug report section of the Forza Feedback Portal.
You’ll have to sign up there to vote it. More people voting and commenting the more likely it will be resolved or someone at T10 can communicate if it will trigger and complete when we get into autumn season.

i have the same issue and this is after the update that suposedly fixed it i still dont have it

For those who are experiencing this issue after the May hotfix, the team needs more info and would like to access some player game saves to investigate account details for diagnosing the issue. To do this we need your gamertag and consent.
