I am having a massive difficulty spike while driving in the hypercar class only.
I find the cross country the most difficult, the rest is easy ,
I play on highly skilled settings, its comfortable for me, not too hard I could go higher but mehhh
Since your gamertag is private, I can only guess on which console you’re playing and with whatever difficulty-settings you are comfortable in this game (or others based on achievements).
The difficulty-spike is between your ears, with all due respect; the cars seem to “outrage” the game and move faster than you might expect in relation to the Supercar class, for instance.
Another thing, but again just guessing, is that your monitor/TV is set up incorrectly which COULD lead to tearing images or incorrect frames displayed making it harder to “predict” how to keep your car under control in the next set of corners.
Dont try to outgun them, outsmart em. Go with one of the 3 hyper cars that are in s1 class. The ruf or either lambo. The s2 906 enzo might drop into s1 class if you add rear downforce but i havent tried it because i dont want to spend the 700 grand to find out. I found the lambo sv to be the best of the 3. Very easy to drive. On a side note the fastest ai you will face doing this is the s2 917 pp pagani.
The hypercars are harder to drive simply because of how fast they are. You definitely need much more precise steering and braking inputs to keep them under control. The Drivatars make the adjustment automatically, but I recommend practicing in Rivals or Free Roam before taking on the Career events. One thing to remember is you will have to both brake and turn sooner than you might be used to in the lower classes.
