Different PI system compounds

I would like to opt for a different PI system in compounds.

Currently PI in compounds is pretty unbalanced and horsepower aint a compensating factor. For instance:

A car on race tires and a car on street comp should be able to get similar laptimes when there is enough room to apply the power. Tracks like Hockenheim, road atlanta, sebring; sport or street should be way faster than they are right now. Race tires being meta is basicly leaving other compounds useless except for perhaps Daytona and lemans.

Second to that is the weird way a high power vehicle closes a gap. Even with 200bhp more the gap only starts to close relatively late where the advantage of 200bhp more should be noticeable the second you can apply the power instead of halfway a straight.

This to me indicates that there’s a double handicap on lower comps what make me ask myself why give players features that are useless except for maybe in multiclass which with all respect… is only played because of the class rotation system.

The first handicap being that grip is more important than horsepower, secondly because racetires get their pi rating based on the medium compounds. Switch to softs and there’s basicly a free pi boost.

So in short, it would be grand is parts that can be used in the game would actually be worth using instead of just… being there as they are now. The game has a lot more potential than just forcing players to run everything on softs in my opinion.

What gets me is upgrading tires there’s no boost in stats for acceleration and speed.

There should be. Even if small stat boost for speed but definitely acceleration should get an increase. Definitely from hard compound stock tires to soft compound race tires.
Soft tires are gona accelerate better.
Why isn’t it recognized and a added feature yet.
