since days my progress of the designer rank goes not forward. It stops on rank 4.
But my tuner rank (meanwhile rank 9) goes on and on, every day. Although I have more downloads and likes for my designs.
You see it on this screen:
I have noticed that the necessary influence points for rank 5 do not change, no matter how much my designs are downloaded or used. Even new designs do not change that.
I have the same issue, I have 4000 downloads on my paints overall and rank 3. Hope they will fix it.

I’m having a similar issue as well. But rather my painter influence increases, while my tuner influence has been stuck the past several days unless I share a new tune. I can’t seem to find any solution to it.
Anyone else know of any potential causes or fixes?
its a old thread, but the problems seems still going on.
my design level 3 increase, but my tuner points are stuck at level 5, i get only 100 points for uploading new tunes.
last 24h over 100 downloads, and a lot of likes, but no points since weeks!
now i’ve made a request for forza support, maybe they can help.
