Am asking this for a friend.
If He restarts the game does he lose all his original DLC that he has purchased.
I know he will lose all the cars he has won.
By restarting I mean deleting Game save.
Also How do you delete the Game save ?.
He would lose everything in his garage his stats, carreer everything so yes any dlc cars in his garage will be lost. he would be playing the game like it was the first time though all achievements are kept and designs that he made and saved would also be kept as that is a separate file then the gamesave
content wise is the DLC is there but will need to be purchased again to add it to their garage

The DLC DOWNLOADED will be kept; but the cars he bought that are DLC will be gone.
