It been stuck on 55% after telling me that the cloud data was different to that of the Xbox so I’ve left it on for nearly 3 hours an is suck at 55% for ages I’ve only had this issue since the fast and furious DLC came out
I had go sync my data it took a while and when it did sync it started the game from the very beginning and I lost 80 hours of progress, here’s hoping it works out better for you! Though mine didn’t take 3 hours it took about half an hour
JUST WAIT AND LET IT BE.
If it fails, you can start it over and it should be fine. While it is syncing; however, do not do something else, cancel it, or mess with it.
