My Danger Sign Hero is on Level 16 (increase influence by 1,000) and Speed Zone Hero is Level 21 (increase influence by 500) but I have completed them all with 3 stars. Is this normal? I would like to receive the next rewards but can’t progress.
yep normal, unless you play expansions they will not go up any more since there are no more danger signs or speed traps to beat unless they add more to the base game
