I love the 4 laps at yas and should be the norm for all track lenghts…

You’re flogging a dead horse here because due to the obvious complexities involved in altering lap counts within D and E class this is never going to happen.
Lower class racing seems to be reserved for those with zero attention spans (and those who have absolutely no desire to experience approaching the first corner of Spa at full speed in a Honda Civic).

Yea. But doesn’t explain why there is a 10min plus races at YAS and a 3min races at spa. They should at least be consistent.
It’s a complete mystery - and a real shame because D class racing is pretty good stuff.
Not sure about Le Mans but I would love to see some longer races around the ring (and any race around Monza)

You forgot to mention the tracks that don’t show up in D like Lemans, the ring, and monza

It’s an issue in all classes. Even up into A class tracks like Spa, Road America and Sebring to name a few are only two laps.
In Forza 5 those tracks get three laps.
The way I see it the majority couldn’t care less or something would’ve been done about by now. Whenever this topic comes up it seems to get lost in the abyss as quickly as the thread was started.
I just put a feature request up asking for a lobby vote on number of laps after the vote on track select.
Even in the upper classes the lap counts are a complete joke.
