Just to add further to Ace’s comment - you’re pretty much there. You have taken a photo and hosted it on to a web hosting site.
It does look like you may have taken the photo with a camera or similar - if you take a photo in game and then share it. You should be able to go to your gallery under the community tab at the top of this page and download that to your computer. Host that image to Flickr and then. . . .
If I follow the link you posted, in the bottom right corner I see four icons, if you hover over the second one (small curvy arrow pointing right). It should say Share photo. Click on that.
I usually copy the one that says BBcode and paste that in to my message on FM.net. If you then delete the section of the link you pasted, before the image tags [ img ] and after the closing image tag [ /img ] - you should end up with something like this.
You should be able to quote my post to see how the link looks after editing.

thank you very much, i also wish to know if you can get notifications as i think i posted this a day or two ago and was scrolling and thought someone else had posted what i did. lol appreciate the help, i will get onto uploading all my photos tonight for you guys.

I’m kinda digging these designs. Good Job! I would like to see this in maybe a two-tone or broken down some how where the whole car is not that pattern. (Just my opinion) Keep the creative juices flowing!
Dig the last two, especially the Bel-Air, very cool old-school hot rod style. Gotta love that!
