Create own online playlist

Hi,

Is there an option to create my own online auto tour?
When we are starting an online auto tour the tour starts already but not all of our crew members are in. That’s boring.
Is there an option to create own playlist like Class B only Racing no Playground Games?
And start the auto tour when all members are in not before.

Yes, it is called a private free roam lobby in which the host can dictate the playlist or course of events.
