Could I Possibly Get Banned for Doing This?

One of my friends sent me a lot of designs because one of HIS friends quit playing FM4 and wanted to share.

So I added all the designs to the cars just to look at them, and yes this did take some time, but I was wondering if I could auction them off starting at 1,000 and see which ones get the most attention?

The only reason why I ask this is because I’ve heard that if you sell certain paint jobs you can get banned? I guess paints that known painters report or what? idk
I also heard if you post multiple replicas of the same car you would get banned to? I’m not going to do this but it seems related to the discussion.

So if I auction 30 cars at once with different amateur to pro designs, could I risk a ban?

Note, I’m not doing this to get CR off of others work, I already have my 5 main drift cars set out lol, but I looove buying & selling stuff online idk why but I do it all the time lol

Also, I won’t be putting up any vulgar or nudity designs or anything like that, just some race & a couple Japanese designs, and two of my own.

Basically, if there’s anything wrong with this just let me know and I’ll resign from auctioning them.

Yes, that is a possibility.

It depends if your friend created everything himself or has “collected” liveries by trading/buying unlocked or otherwise obtained the items. If you sell anything for which you personally do not have approval of the original artist to be profiting from his/her work, you will draw a ban.

If you don’t know positively the source, I wouldn’t be attempting to sell them.
