I tried to do 5 races online since this patch dropped:
-2 went fine
-3 took a huge amount of time to load with a black screen. While sitting there, even other players with microphones asked what was going on. 1 of these actually started with no sound at the beginning (and many cars collided because of it). The other 2 I had to quit the game because after five minutes of black screen we were still sitting there.
Oh and FM7 is STILL freezing while scrolling through cars in lobbies, and then crashing to the dashboard.
The text to speech feature for the chat has it worked for anybody yet? Im on pc and I can’t find any options for it inside forza only on the Xbox app itself. I have them on yet haven’t heard a peep out of the text to speech and I would like it as it’s too distracting to try and read while drifting.
Also still bad lag in car select screen most of the in-game stuff is fine at this point at ultra 1080p 60 vsync but menus still cause a lot of freeze which will even freeze other windows i.e YouTube open in chrome on my second screen
So where is the “significant increase” to the lap count of Driver cup races?? I love the 1000 lap count for free play, but saying you’ve done similar/the same for drivers cup gets an endurance racer like me excited… to do truly long career mode races… and yet it’s nowhere to be seen? :-/ can we have what you’re telling us you’ve given us please?
Yes I mentioned this a couple of pages back. I am extremely disappointed with this misinformation too. I think Mechberg just got his facts wrong and it was not intended to include the drivers cup
