Since latest update, water in online leagues is invisible. Tracks look dry. That means I don,t see rain, and puddles, but they still affect the car. Also I can still see rain / water in freeplay, singleplayer.

I have the same issue. Add to this the skybox “weather” are sometimes sunny, sometimes overcast.

Graphical Settings in game: Changing any setting does not do away with the problem. Feels like game is falling back to some kind of ultra low setting on rain tracks?
Rain effects and skyboxes are showing in free play/career.
I have never had my toast stuck to the right-hand bottom of the monitor yet but I did have a pop-up toaster once with recoil that used to practically launch it next door.
I downloaded the update, started the game, and it went through the opening trailer and asked me to select a drivatar gender… Have I lost all of my progress in the game?.. Please say no.
Not sure if this has been noted yet or if this is the right place to post this, but there seems to be a problem with the League racing ranking. I completed 2 races and was close to getting to band 4, but I got dropped from the lobby before the next race. I rejoined the event and completed another race which was supposed to give me an additional 234 points, but instead my score dropped from ~400 to 234. Do points not carry over if you get dropped? Because that seems like a pretty big issue
The original post states that “We’ve also added new features including the ability for players to dramatically increase race length (up to 1,000 laps for a circuit race and up to 24 hours for a timed race) in any race, including Forza Driver’s Cup events, Free Play, and Private Multiplayer races.”
Where is that exactly? I’ve just launched a career race, went into Assists and the race length options are the same as before: Standard, Long, Extra Long.
After this update the cars take significantly longer to load when I browse through them, while before this update they loaded almost instantly. The game is installed in a SSD now it feels like it’s installed in an HDD. Also there’s now severe stuttering when I’m panning the camera and pressing the “explode” / “implode” at the same time in Forzavista.
I have noticed the same. It isn’t just that they take longer to load, but rather that once a car starts loading, no further inputs are accepted and the game stutters.
Interestingly the core clock of my gpu drops to idle every time I switch to another car as if it thinks it no longer has to render anything.
The process of viewing cars is definitely less enjoyable since the latest patch.
