Ahhhh get to play the game before paying customers just because they market the game. Sad times. I will be throughly avoiding anything from them. All they will do is spoil EVERYTHING. Show all the new wheels , features , this car makes this much , ooo look at all the new engine swaps. Ill pass

I watched Ericship’s 20 odd mins of playing it and Tokyo looked really impressive tbh. A pretty detailed drive though of the different areas. The map looks massive!

As with FH5 the same mistake. I accept an hour-long trial, but there are creators showing the entire game, as happened back then. Is learning from mistakes difficult? I find all this widely wrong, there is more than a month left and, as before, we will have content thrown in our faces every day by those who have been able to play it for a long time. One goes to see a preview to get an idea and ends up with creators showing 3/4 of the map, the possible builds on various cars, etc… It does not seem difficult to understand that all this makes no sense.

What make no sense for me is to look at content creator when you’re aware that you’re probably going to see more than you expected.

They’re peoples who want to see more, so why they should hold ?

If you want to see or to know about specifics things, you can ask on Forums, Social medias, and advertize you don’t want to be spoiled too much, and you just will get an answer at some point.

…. don’t watch it? i’m sure not gonna watch the whole game, just seeing bits and pieces from previews. Like all games you really want to play, hide from the super spoilers

Yes, but with other games it happens for a maximum of 48 hours, when the review embargo lifts. Here PG allowed creators to try hours and hours of gameplay, there is half the product on YouTube, Instagram, or X, which naturally the algorithm throws at you because it knows the game interests you, but the problem is that there is a month missing.

Can you tell me about another similar situation? A game that, one month before release, after just a preview session, ends up with hundreds of hours of uncontrolled video content everywhere. Usually developers give you only a few minutes of footage to use as video coverage while talking about the preview, and that’s it. In my opinion, what happened with FH5 and now with FH6 is wrong, and it’s also wrong to defend all of this.

For many peoples on the Forza community, or car game in general, they aren’t really anything to trully “discover"

What i mean is, it’s a car game when you’re going to drive cars on a new map and that’s all, mostly.

It wouldn’t make sense for a game like Cyberpunk to show you a early release where you see half of the story/boss.

But for a game like Forza Horizon, many peoples would expect to see the most they can, because they want to know if it meet their expectations in term of quality or contents for know if the game is for them, since it’s not related into something like discover a new world or a new story.
