There is no phone number, but you violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct with a profane post in the game. That will do it every time.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Code of Conduct by the developers are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to them at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, but by the time they answer your seven-day, first-time ban will be expired.
