I keep getting disconnected from Horizon Life sessions. Below is the message I’m seeing frequently.
Here is what my XBox App Network settings show:
I’ve gone through the troubleshooting options on https://support.forzamotorsport.net/ and Xbox Support but none of it really applies to me because my server connectivity isn’t “Blocked”
Can someone please help.

I also ran into this problem. We are not the only ones who still have a lot of this problem. I went to the support service, I was fed with excuses about increased employment.
