Connection issues

My network is fine, my X1X has no connectionproblems but on PC I can’t even remain in horizon life for more than 10-15 minutes. I’ve been unable to complete forzathon live and online races because of this. Diagnostics doesn’t even give anything in most cases.

UPDATE: At least for me, the recent Nov 20 Update has reduced the disconnection slightly. I used to have the “teredo failed to qualify” problem, now its just “moderate” and server connectivity is “connected” Screenshot - e9ae8db7c200ae3fb525efe874bd2609 - Gyazo
I also tried updating my NVIDIA game driver (update 416.94 was released recently) and that somehow reduced the disconnections as well. I actually managed to complete a forzathon live event today.
There is still occasional disconnection however.

The connection from the last weekend to the multiplayer server is unstable, it causes a connection error in the first place or even if it is connected it is running out.

There are many reports of similar case on the major bulletin board website in Japan, it seems that the connection to the multiplayer server becomes unstable by all users in Japan.

Same here in Hongkong.

Same here for last 3 or 4 days constant dc’s every few mins, connecting from Australia, seems like a fairly wide issue with the oceanic region.

Ah, that explains it, Im experiencing the issue from Singapore.

Same here in Thailand, its been unstable since about Sunday.

Please submit a ticket relating to all issues & bugs here.

Also if you could check your network status either within your Xbox settings (Xbox) or within the Xbox app (PC).

I started submitting a ticket, but then I couldn’t figure out what to write in description that they don’t already know about. If we were all to submit a ticket I imagine it’ll look like copy/pasted.
