"Commend" System in Motorsports

As discussed during the livestream today, I wish there was a way to “commend” drivers after a race.
Reporting and blocking race ruiners is one way to deal with online, but I really wish there was a “positive” way to say “thank you” to other clean racers out there. I will send xbox messages after the race when I come across really nice racers, but I wish there was a way within the game to do it, and thatt they would be incentivized to race nice with that system. Similar ideas are in R6 Siege and other multiplayer games.

Safety rating is nice, but adding another layer would benice

I would really like this. There are some drivers I just can’t not be happy driving with on the track, but we all disappear afterwards once the race is over.

Plus, I think there should be a ‘downvote’ button as well on some drivers, but I think the ‘commend’ system would be much less toxic and more encouraging. Maybe incentivize getting rewards with clean driving or some such.
