Collecting Earnings whilst away from game..

I’ve recently taken a break from the game, for about 5 months.

Loaded up today and checking my messages I have credits waiting for me;

53,000 credits in Design rewards

1,520,000 in Isha’s Taxi

1,584,000 in Fastest Rentals

Now even if I was down to 0 credits last time I played, that should still be 3,157,000

however my balance is showing 1,540,489

Any idea if this is something that can fixed? is there a time limit to collecting earnings?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Afaik in FH4 everything is only saved for 60 days (gifts, incomes, cars inside the AH).
If you don’t claim it within two months it gets deleted on the server side.

Well that will teach me for leaving it too long…
I guess it makes sense, although seems odd that the message was dated yesterday, even if the earnings had expired.
