Created the club about 2 months ago.
Already less than 500 in the world.
Although really need more active members!

You will be rewarded Co leadership as soon as you are able to reach tier 1.

I’ve seen many clubs do this and I don’t quite understand - shouldn’t leadership (or co-leadership) be determined by desire and ability to lead and not amount of free time to play the game?
Just cause you play a lot and spend a lot of time online does not inherently make you a good leader in the same regard that being a good leader does not mean you will always be in Club Tier 1. To further address that, and I’m just curious here, how many co-leaders can a club have?
100% agree with you PPiDrive! I am a co-leader of VLAR and I noticed members would get to tier 1 for that reason alone, yet they never play with others or don’t contribute to the club other than achieving xp. Sorry Stig! 
I think the number of co-leaders is unlimited.
What qualifies people to be co-leaders in my club is if they have something to share with people whether it be tunes, designs or if they want to be organisers of meets and tutorial sessions etc. I dont want to make just anybody coleader for no reason other than gaining exp, because you dont need to be a co-leader to do that. Also i dont want to have a club with say 350 members 300 of which are co leaders. Cant have more chiefs than indians as they say… That said i have 1 or 2 co leaders who just wanted the shield thing next to their names and i agreed since they are otherwise clean racers and all around cool people. Guess you could say i let it slide once in a while haha
