I was curious about something. I don’t want the thread locked as it is not a question about bans but I have had a club members level drop to 1 recently with no activity. Does this mean they got banned or they just lost/deleted their game save and are no longer playing?
I assume it’s associated with being banned online. If you restarted the game / deleted gameplay save would more then likely have the same effect as well.
I have not played H2 in a while and my level still showed so I’m assuming the observation is based on game save /online status for the game -i.e. They no longer have any online stats to show
Do you mean their Horizon 3 level or their Horizon 3 club level? Clubs reset every Monday morning, so you drop from tier 2/3/4/5 back to 1 and have to earn XP again to climb the ranks.

No, I mean their level. I am the leader of my club and know how they work. They used to be level 579 or something, now everything in Horizon shows them as level 1, even the Rival times show him at level 1 now. He was in my Line Up and when I saw his level in my line up, even his fans and everything associated with him went to nil.
Sounds like their game save was deleted or somehow lost, possibly because of a failed cloud sync or something like that.
