Cars - McLaren F1 1993 - Dirt looks like green moss on the red/purple paint

I noticed that on the 1993 McLaren F1 that dirt shows up as green rather than black. It makes it look like moss is growing on the car. I’ve only seen this with this OEM paint, haven’t tried other ones. The screenshots are taken on the Old Mulsanne Le Mans track.

Recorded clips it’s much more noticeable. The color becomes anodized looking.
