It includes the pack released on day one - La Ferrari, January to July plus the booster packs.
In addition to the info SatNiteEduardo has provided, the Car Pass was extended to cover eight months in total; hence the reason June and July are included in your purchase.
In short, the Car Pass is by far the best value in Forza DLC history.

8 car packs ( originally only to be 6 ), 3 booster packs, I mean the math tells all right there.
$10 per pack, and what? $5 per booster? there abouts? almost $100 worth of car packs , for $50. It’s a steal.
