I just purchased the LaFararri car pack to get the LaFarrari then I was gifted one from Turn 10 not even 5 minutes later. Is there a way I could return/refund the car pack $9.99?
Downloadable content is non refundable.
And you were gifted LaFerrari by Turn 10 because you bought the car pack. They did that for everyone, when the pack was released you still had to use in-game credits for the DLC cars.
(If you read the description of the pack in the Xbox Store, I believe it tells you both of these things.)
