Car Masteries: Forza Reward vs Achievement

Hello guys,

my Achievement car masteries devlop if I unlock for example 3 skills at one car I have progress in these achievement (Master of Many)
It doesnt requires to unlock every perk for one car.

But at the forza Reward I have no progress in Car Masteries Completed. Did I have to complete all Skills at one car!?

The achievement is to use 50 perks points. The rewards is to Max out the perks of 50 cars.

You do not have to use perk points on the perk for 10 races that each car seems to have to consider all perks unlocked(at least with regards to the ‘at one with the car’ achievement)
