Car List In Free Play Mode

My question is this… In free play mode is there a way to switch the list of cars, I only see “My Cars” which of course is the list of cars I have purchased or won.
Is there an option to change this list or is there another area of the game where you can choose ALL of the cars in the game and race on any track??

I recently purchased and started play Forza 6, I have also searched through this forum and online and can’t find a similar question or explanation of where you can choose ANY car and race any track without being in “Career Mode”.

Buy car at the top or rent one for free but you get no xp and little to no money.

should be an option to rent car, not sure if it’s there in “Free Play” though and as above has said you don’t get any XP or credits though
