They show up under “my car” but it want me to buy car passes or each car. I am VIP and I have even used some of these cars before, any idea?
What car(s) in particular are you referring too? PC or XBOX First thing I would do, would be make sure you the Car Pass is still installed, and if it is maybe try uninstalling it and re-installing it.
With that said, I run the game on my PC and just went to the Microsoft store and it said my car pass wasn’t installed, when I know previously it was. I tried installing it and half the cars were added and half of them have errors. My guess is Microsoft/Turn10 are pushing out updates… but have no prof of that.
Xbox Live has been having issues with digitally purchased content today.

I ran into this as well. Went to “Buy” the car pass, which I know i have, and it went to that screen in the store, said you already own this. Then it queued up like 12 things to download. Turns out it downloaded all the cars, now I can use them. It was strange, but it worked.
Computers have glitches from time to time.
This is on xbone. It says I already own the car pass and it is installed. I will try to uninstall and reinstall the car passes.
