Can't buy Fairlawn Manor

The only houses I can buy are Lake Lodge, Derwent mansion and Kingfisher Cottage. And I have the free one, The Gables.

Why is Fairlawn Manor not showing up on map for me to purchase?

Do I have to do something special to unlock it, at level 25 I would think I would would be able to.

Have you driven up to it physically? What does the label look like to not let you buy it? Just greyed out?

Dang it… I hadn’t realized you needed to discover them for them to pop up on the map. Thanks a lot man
