A little over a week ago. My Xbox account was hacked. Got it back and everything settled. Noticed that my club name wasn’t attached to my gamertag playing online. So I went back to the community menu and go to “my club”. It tells me that this is a locked privilege and this feature is blocked do to parental controls settings.
I’ve gone back thru all of the settings on my Xbox and made sure that everything was set back to everything unlocked and the problem still continued. But when I checked the leader boards and rivals my club name is attached to my gamertag. So why can’t I access “my club”?
