Help Please. I have the day one edition forza 5 and recent replaced my console due to it being faulty. Everything is fine except that I cannot access my 2010 forza motorsport Audi TTS anymore. It’s still in my garage but it says DLC above it and when I select it, it goes to the purchase options but the loading wheel keeps spinning and spinning.
Can anyone help?
I have this same exact issue.
Personally, I don’t care that much, I have the “regular” TT and don’t really need the Forza car, but it is annoying to see that “DLC” and have a car in my garage that can’t be accessed. Sort of comforting to know I’m not the only one experiencing this. Coincidentally, I had to replace my XB1 two days after I got it (midnight launch) as well. Had this issue since then, so a little shy of 3 months.
I know, I’m not married to the car either but I paid for the day one version and supported Turn 10 so I’m entitled to the car. It’s a matter of fairness to the consumer.
I have this same exact issue! (Also same issue with the Audi TT RS Coupe, the Audi RS3 Sportback, Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera and Aston Martin limited Collectors edition cars)… It’s like the typical runaround, Turn10 says it’s Microsoft’s issue and Microsoft says it’s a Turn10 issue, yet, nothing being done about it.
I have a service ticket with Microsoft asking them to gift the cars back to me… I had to show them (via chat) that I was a day one owner which I did, by giving them the DLC code that I used on day one (since the DLC code can only be used once, but serves as proof that I did indeed have the cars). But so far, nothing has been done… Been about a week now! Hopefully somebody from Microsoft or Turn10 gets off their microtransaction-lovin’ ______ and does something about it! As you are correct, it’s a matter of fairness to the consumer. Poor Customer Service seems to be the trend lately!
I found out how to get your content back…
Step 1 go to xbox one start screen
Step 2 go to games and apps go to forza and press the button with 3 lines should bring up something like manage game
Then find the items not already on the system, you can not go to the store to find this download
I believe last time I did it, it said view all content or something like that but you can find everything again
