I am unable to log into Forza whatsoever. I ALWAYS receive the following error message.

There was an error while signing you in with xbox. This account may not have an associated Xbox account. I already tried what it said but it did not help. The xBox mobile app works and I am logged into the app so I DEFINITELY have an xBox account but Forza seems to think that I do not.
I CANNOT EVEN submit a ticket because I cannot log into anything Forza related except this forums.
