Good Day is there a way I can turn off BAD laps as the don’t score, you should be able to turn off and on, can you please advice if I can turn this off or is this in the pipeline (via upgrades???)

Learn to drive, and you will see there is no need to turn bad laps off.

No - they are to create a level playing field on the leaderboards and do not affect your race or time in any way. Race clean and within the rules (circuit lane markings included) and they do not matter.
