Every time i switch to 1080p this happens, and i dont know why, my xbox 360 worked fine in 1080p with this tv, its just the xbox one messes up.
LG have an option for the aspect ratio within the tv settings it should have something like just scan thats what you want
The TV’s settings are blanked out, I can’t access the screen adjustment, the only settings i can access are zoom and aspect ratio, but the only two aspect ratio settings are 4:3 and 16:9
I assume you are using the standard MS branded HDMI cable.
What is the model of your tv and age?
So your issue is when you tell the Xbox One to show 1080p it mucks up but if you ask for 720p it works?
Are you using a console and tv for that matter that were officially sold in your country?
Have you changed the aspect ratio between the 4:3 and 16:9?
If you have it on the xbox input source on the tv (eg HDMI 1 on your tv remote) and then change sources away from that input source but back to it again does your tv list info in one corner of the screen like 1920x1080 60hz?
What happens if you turn your tv off and on again?
What happens if whilst off you unplug the HDMI cable from the TV and plug it into another HDMI input assuming your tv has more than one?
un peu plus de détail serait le bienvenue .
