Can someone explain payment/XP system for 360 playground games

I have always loved the playground games in 1 and continue to do so in 2. But for the life of me I do not understand the CR/XP in this game. Today i won first place and got 700 something credits. Then for king I got fourth and i won 1,800 cr?? how did I win more being in fourth than first? Is that the total of both together and they just don’t show you the second amount in stand alone?

As for XP why in the world is there so much xp for online? You can almost rank twice in one go online if you have a perk.

I don’t know about races because i never tried them yet online.

They really need to even out xp/credits. It seems like a wheel spin is in place for credits behind the scenes, it just seems so random.

How many players were in the two lobbies? Did you change your assists in between events? How long did events last? These are things that will change the outcome of credit payouts and XP earnings.

So far a king and infection is tied to what location is picked. You play both in this location and vote for a different location after those are done. You can’t change assists during the middle event. So far I’ve kept my assists n the same since i started playing. Medium and all the helps off, no rewind.

there was 8 people in both infection and king the max, no one left in these games.
