For some reason i can’t open Forza Horizon 4 it gives me a message that states: “service outages happen every now and then, sit tight we are aware of the problem” what is this and should i be worried? Is this only in my area or is it happening to more than just me?
What is your area? Have you check Xbox live service status?
In having same problem also with FM7. Other games are fine just those 2. Xbox live is working fine as well
Just got done chatting with Xbox support. This is an issue effecting only Xbox Game Pass subscribers. There was a Game Pass service outage for all Game Pass games earlier in the day, but has since been resolved. However, Forza Horizon 4 is still being effected by this, and Microsoft is waiting on Turn 10/Playground Games to resolve the issue on their end. I do not know if the devs or whoever are aware of this though.

I’ve done a hard reset, checked the xbox live status i’m out of ideas at this moment, getting really tired of playing games i normally don’t play. I’m in ohio if that helps.
I got fh4 working. Had to reset to factory settings. Choose to keep games and apps. It’s working now unfortunately had to re enter all info
Kinda stupid you have to “factory reset” just to get it working ehh…
It still wont open even with the factory reset, this doesn’t make sense and i’ve never ran into this problem forza you better get your stuff together. I’m tired of this stupid xbox not working, apps crashing, getting stuck in games and having to restart the xbox, xbox shutting down after app to game switchs this is seriously starting to make me MAD.
