I own the game Forza Motorsport 7. I play on PC. But for several days I can’t enter the game. After starting Forza I receive message that it is not possible to login into Xbox Live and error 0x8015DC0B. I reinstalled the game, but it still does not work. All other games work fine and there are no problems with Internet connection in other services (Origin, Steam, Ubisoft). I can sign in my Xbox account without any problem in site https://account.microsoft.com/account/xboxlive, but in Forza I receive error box. What can I do?

I have the same issue. there is some problem with Xbox Live in Ukraine and maybe some other countries. There are a lot of threds on Xbox forums.
