As mentioned above, forzafb@microsoft.com is the email address to reach Turn 10 directly. As for the Forza team, there is no tech support waiting to answer your beck and call. If you have an issue that you think should be resolved immediately, your country’s respective Xbox Live Support Team is your only other option.

As for the size of the patches: if you have an issue with it, you are free to disconnect from Xbox Live and play the game as is. It is unfortunate that worldwide internet speeds aren’t consistent; but, in today’s age of gaming, these are the kinds of things you can come to expect and the industry isn’t going to slow down to match your connection capabilities. So, instead of griping to Turn 10’s support team, perhaps a call to your local internet provider is due.
