At around 10:30 local time i went into the garage walked away for a few minutes came back and the buttons of my controller were not responding, i pulled up the xbox menu and i could move around in it so it is not my controller thats not working, i restarted the game and when loading was done i entered the garage and the same thing happened, no response.

I tried to submit a ticket but that CAPTCHA was not working probably because i have Firefox nailed shut, so i copied the link in chrome but now i have to sign in and get an error message saying
forzasupport.zendesk refused the connection?, so i go to Edge which i have never used before and same login screen comes up but the password is not saved, tried twice maybe i made a typo but no,
it is just not saving it, as you can see i signed in here so nothing wrong there.
I submitted a ticket about a month ago with other issues, first i got a message the email service was not working and i was told here on the forum to send a message to Nitro Glitter which i did through
this website, but no response yet.
