ok so its a pretty basic concept where you build a car each and do the high way pull at the end
so the rules are as follows
1:each car is to be built to a set budget
2:neither competitor can spend over the budget
3:highway pulls start at a fair speed for the cars to be able to handle
4:be nice
5:have fun and try to win
6:dont hit other peoples cars
tuning is allowed as is pretty much anything aslong as those rules are followed
