Bug Info: The Brightness level settings syncs between different devices. This feels unintentional because Brightness and HDR Brightness will vary between devices. In my particular case, I play on two separate PCs. I use different displays (a monitor and a TV), so I need the Brightness settings to not sync as I have to adjust it each time I play on the other device.

Content Update: Was this happening prior to the most recent content update or did it start after the update? It has been happening since launch, I believe.
