Bought VIP and recieved a car that I already purchased

I bought forza 5 VIP membership and received a car (Lotus E21) that I had already purchased before buying VIP membership. Can I exchange this? Or if not, how do I contact turn 10 by email, I cannot find an email address or contact form anywhere.

Unfortunately, no, you will not be able to exchange the car.

Turn 10’s contact email address is forzafb@microsoft.com. You will receive an auto-reply, and you may or may not receive an individual reply. All email sent to that address (after filtering through spam and junk) is reviewed by Turn 10 staff.

Exactly. Or give them two different tunes to save you from having to jump from set-up to set-up in between races.

I guess two E21’s would be ok.
