Am I the only one who prefers to use unusual cars? Hell I drift a mclaren m23 and get 60k on catalunya and it really confuses people, I do ask first before I drive it and make deal like if I’m not in top 10 you can willingly kick me from the session. I actually have even got messages of praise for being brave enough to drive an f1 sideways.
So does anyone else drive unusual cars apart from me?
there are some guys that do but most of us drifters use cars that looks good getting sideways an practical. its not practical to see an f1 going sideways. while its okay just weird i guess.
i slide around in a Honda NSX i get mixed messages about it but its different thats why i drift it so more power to you bud and enjoy your f1 car
I actively try and find cars that aren’t ‘normal’ drifting cars used by others on the game. Mainly older cars and european cars. It just makes it a little bit different and more interesting than seeing the same all Japanese car lineup.
The main reason I chose the f1 was because of a bet my friend made, he bet me £30 Xbox voucher I couldn’t get a top 10 in a drift race on points on any track. I ended up 3rd at catalunya with 74k. He has now vowed never to make bets with me again.

Wasn’t planning on drifting it, but after I got it from a spin, took it to a test drive to see if it would work in an endurance cash farming race, ended up getting it sideways and was pretty surprised on how stable it is on a stock tune.
Mostly I try to search for big ass cars, SUV’s and such. It was pretty funny in FM4 days when you would join a drift lobby and if for some miracle you didn’t get kicked, you would hear people complain about a wrecker joining with a big SUV only to hear them laugh when I threw that thing sideways in tandem with them all.
I love using different cars and really like seeing people use different cars. I am pretty sure I am the ONLY person that has a RWD Drift 03 Celica. I have not ever seen another person use that car in any Forza game. I was using it quite a bit over the weekend. It still needs a lot of tune work, but its getting there.
My most common drift car right now is my 5.7 V8 powered R34 Skyline. I love that car.
Depending on which Celica your on about, I’ve had probably all of them as drift cars at one time. I think the stranger cars seem to be better in some odd way.
