I was inspired by the last KOTT and thought i would run a British themed challenge this time around . The car to be used is the Aston Martin DB9 and the track is Silverstone International . The time to beat is my own personal time of 1:16:177 . Replays are required for verification and to be named BBC when uploaded to your SF’s .There is 10M to anyone who beats my time . The tune and paints to be used are on my SF now , entitled BBC . The challenege will run from now until Midnight 31st of March .

The new comp is up, awesome! I have a feeling I can beat my time that I ran while testing, but I’ll have to hit the track once more to find out. I’ll be back… ; )
Thought this sounded like a bit of fun, so picked up the tune and paint, first impressions were that it was a bit lively - after putting TCS on much more to my liking/ capabilities.
Not uploaded a replay as yet as only done a 1:17.200 - might be a challenge to get it down another second and a bit but plenty of time in March to keep plugging away at it.

Glad to hear its an enjoyable challenge : ) . I wasnt sure what time to set for this challenge but it seems the target , even though it may take a few laps , its definitly achieveable without being a chore . Steph - AM numbered the car 007 in homage James Bond’s use of their cars over the years . Im not a big 007 afficianado so im not sure which specific models he drove .

Alright, I finally got around to making a run! So far I’ve gotten a 1:15.311, which was on lap 8 of my replay (tagged “BBC Challenge”). I think I could break into the 14s if I turn TCS on, but for the time being I’ll just keep running with it off, makes things more fun.
Drivers: I’ve got two prize cars pending right now, so once they’re approved I’ll post pics here and have them ready to be claimed once the comp ends. They’re some pretty spendy cars too, so I’d suggest running a few laps even if you aren’t the fastest driver. Also, I know the DBR9 may be rather expensive for some players, so if you can’t afford it just hit me up over XBL and I’ll send one to you for free so you can compete! : )

Thanx for taking the time to try out the challenge guys . I havent gotten onto my Xbox much these past few weeks but i have been keeping an eye on the thread . I dunno if i set the bar too high or not but it sounds like you all enjoyed the challenge . I got another one lined up for you all btw . I thought as Turn 10 gave out a heap of Unicorns last month i would put one to good use , and from what my test pilot says , the tune came out pretty decent . So , heres hoping a few of you will give it a shot next time out . I will make a list of the final times next week and get the prizes out to you all ASAP .
