Within 48 hours of a 100 dollar purchase of Forza Horizon 3 I’ve been banned from all store front activities and the auction house for reason that aren’t known. Seriously disappointed. I just want to play the auction house and am unable to and I don’t know why I even have been banned in the first place. Debating returning the game if this is how it is run.
Reasons that aren’t known? Perhaps a serious look at the Microsoft Code of Conduct would enlighten you because, BAB2 GT Mustang, alias GT Mustang, even changing your gamertag won’t get you around posting profanity like “Stay (S-word)ty”. That’s against the rules.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You may send them an email if you wish, but prior to your ban expiring you’ll probably only receive the automated response with links directing your attention to (like the rules) here.
