I am Bobobeclownin69 and I have gotten banned on Forza motorsports 4 for 708 hours. Until september 16th. I have not uploaded anything inappropriate onto my storefront since my first ban. I play the game everyday. I spent allot of time making what few vinyl groups and designs i have. I do not know what got me banned and if there was something on my storefront that offended someone it was truly not intentional. I have already purchased your $427 limited edition forza 6 bundle offer that comes out September 15 but due to my ban i will be unable to play online and i didn’t even upload anything offensive. I am a very serious Forza gamer since i learned how to play and i did not wish to cause any other forza players any kind of offense or insult and i very much apologize if i have done so somehow. Please look into this and get back to me Turn10 as i feel as i have been banned UNJUSTLY and UNFAIRLY.

This is the second ban for this type of violation, as you may recall being banned for similar creations in June, 2014, and now. Neither bans nor the enforcement by Turn 10 of the Code of Conduct are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com, however, given the time crunch with FM6 on the horizon, you probably will not receive anything but an automated response to show your message has been received.
This ban pertains to FM4, not the new game so you will be able to play. The same Code of Conduct regulations will apply in FM6.
