Hey I’m just wondering about my ban I’ve been banned twice now one for 6 days and one now for 30 days i don’t know what I don’t wrong I tried to change my storefront around take some things of what I thought might be why but I still got banned I’m afraid I will get a 3rd ban for 20 years as I’ve read but I’ve never been told why ? My gamer tag is Swagasorusrex69 I hope someone takes the time to reply thanks
Bans are not discussed here on the forum.
What seems to commonly trip people up, though, is posting items on their storefronts that have been created with non-original artwork (or direct copies of someone else’s work). If you have created any designs based on work done by somebody else, stop doing so. Even if you think you have the rights to use it - e.g. “My friend gave it to me and said I could use it” - that doesn’t necessarily mean “your friend” actually created it.
Safest thing to do - post ONLY your own, original work.
As I’m sure you’ve seen in other similar threads, the only other option is to send email to forzafb@microsoft.com - you’ll receive an auto-reply, and you may or may not receive an individual reply. But there is nothing else that can be done about it here on the forum.
