Hello Community,
a few weeks ago, I got banned in Forza Horizon 3. But I don’t use cheats, trainers or somethinge like this. First I thought it was a problem with my savegame so I deleted it. But nothing changed. Since this moment I have contacted the Microsoft support five times, write below a forum post and call the windows support. The last answer of the support was that they will remove the ban in the next three days. But one more time nothing happend. If I have used cheats or something like this I have to accept the ban. But I never used cheats.
Moreover it can’t be that I pay 70 € for a game and can’t play with my friends because of a unjustified ban.
I hope this will be solved in the next time.
